DESCRIPTION
Pint bottle.
Cone 06 oxidation (first photo): Green Sapphire is an iridescent dark bluish green glaze. It is transparent at three coats.
Cone 6 oxidation (second photo): Colour darkens and breaks brown; an iridescent sheen develops. Enhanced mobility
TIP: This glaze WILL move. Take care when using on vertical pieces reduce glaze thickness towards the bottom third to minimize run-off. This glaze will pinhole at three coats. Not overglaze compatible.
This particular glaze comes with a Health Caution. It contains some elements that if consumed can be dangerous, therefore it should not be used by children. Please refer to the label for specific cautions and advisements.
This green glaze has been moved into the Element glazes range because the properties of this particular copper-based glaze is more consistent with Elements than Foundations.
