165 Litre Top loading electric Pottery kiln.

Compact large 'hobby' kiln or small 'business' kiln.  Can be run from a domestic electric supply without much fuss.

An impressive capacity able to fire 78 standard mugs when holding 26 per shelf over 3 levels.

The chamber width 23.5″ wide (60cm) with a depth of 22.5″ deep (57cm).  Easy to load, the top rim of the kiln being only 85cm from the floor, you'll not need to stand on tip toes to get to the bottom!  A handy chamber, ideal for low fire and high fire clay makers.

This top loader comes with all the standard features that set the "Cone Art" brand apart: heavy duty floor element, double wall design, patented lid lifter system, multi zone control, and over sized swing out control panel.

Multi thermocouples give zoned control over each section of the kiln, ensuring the most extreme control over balanced temperatures throughout the chamber as possible.

A double wall construction results in energy efficiency, and the added element in the floor provides extra assurance for even firings every time. If required this kiln easily disassembles into 3 sections for easy delivery and installation.

This is a double insulated kiln with a wall profile of 2.5” premium firebrick plus 1″ of block insulation. 

The floor and lid are constructed with 3″ firebrick and has an additional 1″ of block insulation.  The extra insulation ensures a cooler, safer jacket, longer element life, and approximately 30 % savings in electricity costs. The kiln is clad in a stainless-steel jacket for extra protection and durability.

There are heavy-duty Kanthal A-1 elements in the walls and floor. This makes firing to cone 10 possible.

This kiln is equipped with a counterweight lid lifter and advanced Wifi-enabled Genesis touch screen 'Bartlett' controller with multiple zone control panel mounted on an angle for easy viewing.
