Hobby Ceramicraft is committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Policy Statement
We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in any form.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, and anyone acting on behalf of the company.

Commitments
We will:

• Not offer, give, request, or accept bribes or improper payments
• Avoid any activity that could be perceived as corrupt or unethical
• Maintain accurate records of all business transactions
• Conduct business relationships with integrity and transparency

Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate hospitality may be accepted or offered where it is transparent, infrequent, and does not influence business decisions.

Reporting Concerns
Any concerns regarding bribery or corruption should be reported to management immediately and will be investigated appropriately.

Review
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate for the business.
