DESCRIPTION

Potclays.

A version of St Thomas clay specially tailored to reduction firing conditions, producing a rich, slightly flecked colour, but also suitable for oxidation. Good handling properties. Very popular domestic stoneware body for production use. Can also be salt glazed. This clay produced by plastic blending.

Recommended firing range 1150-1275˚C
